"Funny how fragile the union code still is after nearly 2 centuries. Seems as if the rules tinkering is just a never ending problem. I agree with Eddie Jones and Northern Hemishpere in this one. IRB had better be careful. Tinker with the rules too fundamentally and whammo... that's how the gridiron game of American football got started, and look where rugby stands on this side of the world because of that."
